SMARTPART - SMART ASSET MANAGEMENT

Process efficiency is vital in any pump or rotating machine installation, and over recent years the general efficiency of rotating equipment has vastly improved. However, recognising that new parts may be needed, the ordering system that surrounds equipment remains difficult to manage. To combat this, AVT Reliability has developed its SmartPart software, which utilises the internet to give clients total access to pump data, maintenance logs, and lists of parts.

SmartPart covers an array of equipment, offering such services as failure mode analysis, document database, performance history, and easy online ordering capabilities.

Asset Details
Full details of the asset can be stored, including asset number, model details, serial number, operational conditions, duty details and location

Technical Library
Technical documents such as sectional drawing, performance curves and O&M manuals can be stored against each individual asset.

Simple Parts Ordering
Generic parts list along with model and serial number can be used to simplify the ordering of parts to AESPUMP Ltd, giving you a single source for all your OEM parts.

Historical Data
Historical data is built up against each asset, with log details of all repairs including, labour costings, parts used, failure modes and downtime.

Live On-line Reporting
Extensive live report in both graphical and easy to read tabular formats can be generated on the assets historical data. Information on failure mode analysis, pump performance and repair costs are available to help identify 'Bad Actors' both operationally and financially.

Photographs & Documents
Ability to store photographic and virtually any document in PDF format against assets and groups of assets.
